Did you explore a mini split? Really good cost management and very efficient. Everyone who owns one around here only has good things to say about them for both heating and cooling. Also, our state has rebates and tax write offs for them. Your unit reminds me of the unit my brother has in Florida. He has a double wide and is very happy with it. His electric bill is horrid.

Now I see why you've no pellet stove, LBT would create a hostile neighborhood:bug:

yup, and you minimize the "rollback" after taking the load off the forks...can be 6 or 8" in some cases....which isnt good when the customers pickup "rollssback" into the forklit.....aint gonna do anything to my lift, but the bumper and tailgate of the pickup? well, different story. :(

60" forks on our forklift lets me stay away from the tailgate. but they are a little less maneuverable in the warehouse.

    Nope.

Just a standard upright, in the corner of the garage type gas water heater.
Seattle is a spendy place to hang out.

Looks like today and tomorrow will be the first days for AC this year.
Supposed to hit low 80's F today and tomorrow.

With all the rain we have had in the past months and how wet the ground is, the humidity is gonna suck.
Tomorrow the forecast is for some BIG BOOMERS
We don't get too many T storms here locally that they call severe, but the talk is that tomorrow will see some.

Friday the temps drop back to mid 50's F for highs.

    Arrrrrrgh.

Well Will, I just tossed some hard ciders into the fridge and counted 10 more in the box. My supply of home brew is really low.

You're right about that.....frost warnings around. :shiver:

But the central a/c install is done and tested....works GREAT! And the company I hired (local guy & his family) did a great, professional job.
No more screwing around with window units, and I can sell them on CL.
I took another p&c day from work today so I could finish the "landscaping" around it....landscape fabric to stop the grass/weeds, then stone....pics to prove it really happened.

    Now time for smoothies!

You'd like it around here. Angry Orchard opened a new brew house about a year & half ago.....about 15 miles from me. And this is one of the biggest areas for apple orchards in the state.
Oh, and you get to sample 3 of their current concoctions each time you visit and take the tour. Only one I really like is the Crisp Apple.
