Got about a 3 month supply.

More concerned the chickens will go on strike and stop their egg production!

We have plans to go to my son's home for Turkey Day, 10 mile drive. They plan for ir around noon. But if we get snow, I could get plowed in. Nothing I can do about it. I'll just pull the comforter up over my head and wait until the mess is over.
Rainy here, wild outside. Old Arthur Ritis is kicking every joint I have. Didn't even bother to get dressed today.

Well there is a winter storm watch up for us Larry for 6 or more inches of the white stuff.

I guess I'll have to buckle down and run the list.

Let's see 3 kinds of ales, hard apple cider, .... , 70+ rolls of TP, a full genny, plus 10 gallons of gasoline, snow blower has under gone its checkout, repair this year was a new discharge chute control cable. Oh yeah just a bit of food in the larder.

Wake me up when it is over so I can do the snow removal.

Only 2-5" here tonight. They're calling for a couple inches on thanksgiving, then warming up next week.

The wind went from a light breeze when I left the house this morning to "both hands on the wheel and pray" on the way home. Gusts between 40 and 50 MPH. And more snow.

I tried to dislike this post, but there's no such option :) I have been hearing the same thing about the snow predictions. I hope they are blowing it out of proportion though. Regardless, looks like I'm moving 2 tons of Blazers into the basement tomorrow. I don't want them sitting out under snow...

Our local forecaster have acknowledged those predictions, but the have narrowed the time line as well as the predictions for accumulations. 6 inches, Wednesday afternoon through Am Thanksgiving.
I'm hoping they are all wrong and it goes out to sea.

70 Degrees today, and snow by Wednesday, I am confused this just does not make senseo_O I brought in more pellets today, and fueled up the snow blower and got that ready. I need to run out tomorrow and get some Stabil to put in the gas can. Now I will sit back and laugh at all the nut jobs that run for bread and milk thinking the world is coming to a end with a little snow
