Take those 80 mg Lipitor tabs and eat whatever they make mince meat of your lipid measurements.

What is even better is the item is an actual Amazon purchase and not third party and I am a prime customer. I can have a lot of fun with this one.

I got prime for the shipping but also use its other features. It pays for itself when I get heavy items.

Just finished getting the ice up from the driveway. Lucky to have had warm temps to loosen it up or I was screwed-the last storm left a good thick ice behind.

    Howdy all,

Was out early this morning chopping ice at the edge of the driveway, it was a mess! (Today was the first day temps. rose above freezing.)

The walkway had 2+ inches of solid ice on it, got to try out the propane Torch I picked up from HF back in November.. I like playing w/ Fire.

    SCE-Cam_2-2017-01-26-17-36-40.jpg

And was nice & warm to boot! There was no way the walkway was going to melt without some help.

Scraped the rest of the driveway w/ the blower later this afternoon, much better than it was this am.

Also got the '00 Camry unfrozen & started, checked fluids, and back on the road.. The Taurus needs brakes, badly.. Like big-time. New pads and rotors being ordered tomorrow.

Picked up new wiper blades for the Camry after picking up the Mrs. from work, they were ripped from ice/age. 11 bucks for (2) @ Walmart - wife got to shop for clothes, while I meandered in Automotive.

Weather's supposed to be good for the next week, the Camry's going to get a workout.. Still driving Ms. Daisy, and very busy w/ evening work these days.

I'm firing up the development workstation, and having a Beer. :D

I tried breaking ice last night after work but wasnt getting anywhere. I managed to bug out a little early today and get the job done late afternoon before the re freeze set back in.

We tried one of those torches at work a few years go. Works well but empties the LP tank real quick.

Good deal G, it was above freezing, but only really warmed up for about 3 hours here w/ the sun being out.

It does! But I found that just cracking the valve @ the LP tank, and keeping the flame control dialed down on the Torch really helped, got about 45 minutes out of the partially used tank that was on the gas grill this summer.

    I know..

Yeah we dont know anything but full bore / WOT !!

I think after emptying a tank or two in no time we did the same but it was less fun and didnt sound like a jet engine so we lost interest faster :p

Same here. It didnt really warm up till after noon-1. I kept looking at the local readings on wunderground. Once the sun came out around 1-2pm the temps shot up to almost 50 and that was my cue to skedaddle and head home.

I know :(, but $12 for a tank refill vs. the $30 in salt I used on the front part of the driveway - "slow & steady" was less expensive today.

    Picked up 4 today.

Company gas so...........we still dialed it back after a few tanks.

I know sometime its needed especially is trying to break up the ice, but I dont like using salt. I tend to use plain sand.

Me either, but literally had a 6 inch ice berm @ the front of the driveway from road plowing Tuesday am (middle of the night), by the time I got out there @ 5:30am it was already frozen solid. Looked like a sn*w mogul. :D

Unfortunately the '00 Camry is a smooth cruiser machine, not an off-roading monster, no clearance.. Sn*w mogul had to go. ;)
