For a man that had such a major stroke, He sure is getting back up to speed. I can tell you first hand that having such a major event is a very humbling experience. How he avoided a major depression with the stroke is a mystery to me, but he seems to be his old crusty self.

My heart goes out to anyone who has dealt with Stroke

Been there 5 times starting in 2009 with two and then again in 2012 with a total of 3.

That lead to the discovery of a HGUUUUUUUGE kidney tumor (Surgeon said was the likely cause of the clots getting loose)

Really sucked, but what the heck, ya just toss another bag a pellets in the stove and move on.

Sooooo glad Smokey is doing fine.

talked to the LaCrete guy the other day. pretty much decided to bring that product into the lineup for next year. we'll see what the numbers will be as to how many FTL's ... EasyBlaze SYP was a good seller as well, will bring more of that next year.

One of my tenants vacated 5300 sq ft of warehouse this month on the other side of my building. I'm contemplating moving over there after 20 years into that space to get more pellet storage ..... decisions, decisions, decisions :makeitrain":makeitrain":makeitrain"

locally, it seems Primo Pellets is off the grid. at least their website is dead. anyone know anything further????????????

You either do every thing possible to get back to normal or you wallow in it and fall apart I may be a Pellet pig but wallow is not my style nor was it known in my family.

I am being told it is a year. But it is just out so I might have more insight later. Sometimes that year goes to a year and a few month. They have pre deployment and post deployment to go through also. He has a strong character and is very cautious, but I have bad feelings about the Afghans who are working with them, then turn on them. This whole thing has been going on too long. I was activated for the first Gulf War, but lucky for me, I was sent to Walter Reed and worked in their emergency room for the whole tour. That was back in 1990 or 91 I think. My first overseas deployment was at a casualty staging area in DaNang Viet Nam.

No, not an Rn I think they have something to do with Transportation, but I am not sure. He works for the Guard at their state control area here in Augusta. I never ask him much about it. He had a command job but got promoted out of it. Now some other office job. They are always planning strategies. My daughter is an Rn, (his wife) she works as the nurse manager at our VA emergency room. Thanks for asking. I appreciate the support. Honestly, the older I get, the less stomach I have for all this conflict. I am so grateful for some of the new leadership that will see to it our men and woman are properly supported.
