    CleanFire you might want to consider one of the new 3-stage units, especially since you're up in sn*w country. They move more sn*w faster than ever. Consumers reports just did a review on sn*owblowers a month ago, and the Troy-Bilt Vortex 2490 was the best bang for the buck in 3 stage units. Supposed to be good for up to 18".

    Wind turbines are great.....in the beginning. What hasn't really been reported in the mainstream media is that after a while, they need major repairs, and many people just abandon them...too much $$ to fix & maintain.
