    Went and got our Christmas Tree today. Normally we go up toward Chepachet to get a tree, but the usual place is closed this year. Funny thing is, turns out we have a Xmas Tree farm less than 2 miles from our house and never knew it! Well, they got our business this year.

    Also replaced our ~25 year old Whirlpool dishwasher today. It was starting to get pretty bad inside, plastic and tines breaking down and falling off, etc so we finally picked up a new Kitchenaid washer at the local family run hardware store. The install took longer than I expected, but it was pretty straightforward. Now we will have to get accustomed to the washer taking 2x - 3x longer than it used to run a load, do to energy efficiency tech in the new unit. Fingers crossed we will like it as much as the old one, or else...
