So sorry about the fall and concussion. Nasty stuff right there. You need to be mindful of any mental changes for at least the next month. Slow bleeds can take a long time to become symptomatic. As for the storm, can't you cave in a little and call around for someone to come dig you out? I don't want to offend you or your pride, but honestly, why add gas to the fire?

Do me a favor please. Get a mirror and flashlight and check your pupils every few hours. Look at you pupils then shine the light in them while still looking. OK?

Very good tip. Another remedy is not to have too many tons of pellets at home. Now, I live just south of B and have had the pleasure of meeting her. I would be more than willing to lighten her pellet overage to help her heal before winter really sets in. You don't have to thank me, it's what I do.

It was great meeting you guys. Definitely appreciate the variety of pellets you passed on, so thanks for that - can't wait to try them all! Also had the good fortune of meeting artc today, he supplied the MWP Softies! It was a fantastic day, always love to meet and hang out with other FHC members. Stay warm all.

See if both your pupils constrict from the light.

I have a couple of volunteers if I need them: CleanFire and a couple of people from my HOG chapter. However, I'm guessing even they don't want to show up at 4AM :faint:. and it's not like any of them are just around the corner so I hate to inconvenience anyone - but will holler out if I need help. Actually toying with the idea of not going to my day job tomorrow as that will be 30 miles of driving thru the brunt of the storm. I'll have to see if I can get my cert for work up and going (they had to renew it and I haven't installed it yet). However, experts recommend not doing any thinking like TV, computer work or reading! What the heck am I supposed to do? Actually there is a train of thought that exercise is good for concussion - as long as you don't over do it because it increases blood flow.

No offense taken at the suggestion Save - thanks for being concerned (thanks to everyone for their concern!)
