Pellet heads!! What's up today?

I looked at the feeders in the snow before leaving for work. One had a little suet and the other had a little seed. Likely wont last the day but no refills till tomorrow morning, maybe tonight.

I really wouldnt have cared about refilling in the snow, but it would have made me a few minutes late for work.

 

OK so far today

grocery shopping done
dinner beef stew in the crock pot done
pick up stamps done
get her 2 boxes of wine done
get what she needed at hardware store done
do a load of laundry done

Now Smoothie time for me

 

Great day for a beef stew. Did ya pick up some frozen rolls to through in the oven for fresh bread?

 

Yes I did Pillsbury Grands Southern style biscuits

 

At one time I cracked two tubes of them every morning. Short order cook at a lunch stand inside a postal regional processing center.

 

These are the frozen ones , which is perfect for us , my Honey doesn't eat many carbs any more so I can take out 2-3 for me bake them fresh every time used the tube when there were more mouths here to feed , don't like to waste good food .

 

I never had any go to waste. You'd be surprised what was churned out of that place either over the counter or through the vending machines, in a hot kitchen for 8hrs. a day.

 

The tube wouldn't go to waste here either , but I would eat them all and that is not good for my waist

Just got back from the pool @ the VA . Nice swim. they keep the water at 90F. I go for about 90 min. Now waiting for Direct TV to show. I'm playing the shop for bargain TV thing again. Helps some but what a PIA it is. They sat up an appointment from 12-6 PM I would think someone would call.

 

I hate the long windows as well Larry, I already have enough dreck to watch. 35 dumped QVC for Laff network and 51 has a third sub channel ESCAPE they added waiting for 8 to add a third sub. My Android TV box came with a ton of video dreck don't have enough time to watch it all.

We have 2 hour windows 7 days a week...just sayin'

 

Well, it is growing dark. Should be pitch dark soon. I can't believe he has any intention of doing an install. I contacted Direct TV. they are waiting for the tech to get back to their inquiry. How in heck can he plan any install after dark? Good thing I haven't done anything with the other system.

 

When I worked for Home Health, I had to be where and when I said I would with in 15 min.

 

My Honey is a VNA Rn , makes her own schedule , but we all know that Chit happens always calls to let the patient know she's running late communication it's a good thing

 

Have had that happen. We also made our schedules. Had to see about 6 clients each day and do all the documentation. I finally took a spot in telehealth. Didn't step out of my house, but I was on the computer most all day looking at vital signs and any changes. When the software lost support, our systems needed to be replaced, but there was no money so the hospital dropped the whole problem. My health didn't allow me to be traveling, so I just stopped working. Just as well as I was overwhelmed then. Now doing much better, but I'll be 70 in less than a month. Don't need work for the money. It is just difficult to stop it all together.

 

I know exactly what you are saying Larry , my Honey sees 6 patients a day +- , that's not the hard part it's the documentation that takes so much time she works 12 to 14 hrs a day and only gets paid for 8 so can't wait to retire , just tired of all the BS .

She's a Great Nurse just getting Burnt out on all the Medicare , and other Insurance Crap she has to deal with .
Correct me if I'm wrong Larry ,but the Medical field is controlled by the insurance companies not your Dr.
