    way way back had a vw bug taught the ex to drive stick with it (thats a whole story in it self) slighty modded by the previous owner, I could shoot 50 ft rooster tails of snow with that thing and fun to drive. Bad part those tubes to bring heat up front off eng( part of the frame pan) were shot so scrape windows in the winter on both sides.

    yep even when new it was not the best- mine was vintage 60's got my hands on it mid 70's

    Had one in the late 60's early 70's when I was stationed in North Dakota . You could have heat ,or defrost ,not both . That ,and you had to have the vent windows open to get airflow because the cab was airtight . :)

    I remember goin down the road scraping the frost off the inside so we could see .
    Giving rides home, we had 9 teenagers in my brothers one time
