    We picked up our new camper today. It's a 23ft forest river shamrock "hybrid". It has fold out beds front and back which opens up a ton of floor space. Looking forward to many long weekends with the family!

    Yep! It's got a kitchen island as well :thumbs:. Plus a queen fold out bed in the back.

    We had a used Airstream when I was a kid that I vaguely remember. Fun times, and that was over 50 years ago. :dex:

    I remember camping trips with my parents and our children must have enjoyed their camping trips as kids because they are still out camping. My parents camped with tents, we took the kids camping in a tent trailer and now we have the r-pod RV. One daughter and her husband either kayak camp, car camp with a tent or use their 23 ft. RV. The other daughter and her family either backpack camp or car camp with a tent. Good memories and family ties are treasures. You certainly will enjoy creating good memories for Baby Piney in that.

    And those memories are exactly why we bought it! The mrs and I both have fond memories of camping as kids and even in recent years (before baby piney). We want her to have those same memories when she grows up. We plan on visiting many of the campsites that we remember in the pa,md,de, and nj area. Good times to come for sure!

    Thanks Well Seasoned ! I already told her if we don't see eye to eye "you'll know where to find me" . I decided it's parking spot here would be outback, overlooking the woodpiles and blueberries :binoculars::cheers:

    Too bad you weren't closer. There is one for sale just about like yours not far from us. It would have given you a good excuse to come to MI!
