This state park has 7 nice cottages too. 2 bedroom/2 bath, be nice for kids and family to come also... Playground adjacent Got the first fire going, grilling burgers and sausage... Another down hickory next to the cottages... Deer and coon eating acorn buffet Mr Bucky and family strolled the the campsite...
Looks like you two are having a great time, congrats! Can you maybe cut some of that hickory at night and stash it in the camper.....
No doubt, they might even give you a nice rental discount/credit for doing "above n beyond site cleanup/improvenent!"
I said the same thing to campinspecter after we started out trip. Kept us out of trouble leaving it home.
We came home early, Monday afternoon. Daughter got sick Sunday night, went to ER. Tests came back normal, had some symptoms of heart problems, think it was bad acid reflux. I knew Miz Carol would be worrying and not enjoy the rest of the trip. Daughter got to see her PCP Monday, after meds, she's feeling better. The state park gave us a refund for the 2 days left on the reservation. Thanks for the nice compliments, we had a great time.
