    Just like some can prove and show how uncovered works for you I could of shown you moldy pics of wood and rotten hickory after a year or less had I taken pictures.We all live in different climates with different atmospheric conditions. What works for some in Michigan do sent for me here in SC and may not work for the guy in Tennessee or Washington?

    Thanks Oldspark......I was going to poke some fun when I saw you arrive here, about the way you and Sav went back and forth on the other site. I decided against it. I enjoy reading your posts AND Sav's. I just want to see it stay friendly here. NO I am Not pointing fingers either way. Just commenting.

    It's all about the climate. Some do better top covered. Some can get by without. But keeping water off wood that you want to dry can't hurt.

    I ain't postin' in this thread cuz it appears all angles have been 'covered', hmmmmm, maybe they're 'not covered', and I SHOULD post :rofl: :lol:
