Eh, I'm ambivalent about Honda bikes. I own one now, and have had 3 so far. They are typically like vanilla, no edge to them., but they usually are predictable. The RC ( 30, 45, and 51) series bikes are the exception, and the only Hondas I like. That edge that other brands have make them more fun to ride. IMHO. It's a good thing that Honda found more power in the cbr1000RR SP that Nicky and van der mark ride. If it had the power it had last year, Honda wouldn't be on the podium every race so far. The Honda was low on power last year, and despite the power increase, it's an ancient bike compared to all the rest in the series. The great news is that it is competitive this year, and next year will have an all new cbr1000 next year. Of Honda waits another I seasons before a fully new bike comes out, the new CBR will be impressive.
He should've just passed you then, not lingered around waiting for bad stuff to happen. Most trike riders are a bit, let's say, "less skilled" motorcyclists.
