Roads were crappy this morning, all the snow we had last nights gone. Gonna be slicker than snot in the morning from all the melting.

We are in a thick belt of snow right now. Wind is kicking, visibility maybe a 1/4 mile. I just did round one of snow blowing and it is wicked out there. The weather reports yesterday said this storm would be moving quickly through our region. It has been going on about 16 hours of snowfall. Over 10" I'd say. Schools have been cancelled for five days now.

    C'mon spring.

We've had steady rain all day after that slushy mess this morning. A few heavy squalls came through this afternoon with the biggest dang snowflakes i've ever seen! :bug: . Things are gonna get ugly tonight with all this rain and snow melt. Temps are supposed to drop like a rock after dark into the teens. Gonna be slick in the mornin.

The forecasters underestimated this one too. this was at 2pm when the storm was supposed to be winding down. already had 8-10inches and about 3 more fell in the 2 hours I was slogging it out there.

Will have to do it all again tomorrow morning:faint: Is it happy hour yet?

The news now puts our official total at 11inches here... expecting a few more inches before its done. Temps crashed from 30 down to 10.. expected to hit single digits overnight.

I love snow and all... but my back is begging for spring right now.
