Okay, I legitimately opened my SS gift by mistake- it was in an envelope with me as the recipient and the sender, I totally wasn’t thinking Santa! However, thank you thank you!!! Someone did their homework and research, and I am definitely going to enjoy the steak and Shiner Bock at Texas Road House! Excellent gift, Santa, it’s much appreciated!
Amazon has been here each of the last four days delivering packages, none of them for me. All for my kid.
I had something show up last week. My wife got it and opened it. She knows I do this every year so she looks for packages for me. She thought I might have ordered something then realized it was my gift. She will wrap it up for me she said. Can't wait.
I have several on the porch too, 1/2 household and 1/2 gifts for husband and kid. They've been good not opening them Need to look inside them today and get the gifts stashed.
I got my gift today to send out and it arrived broken. Plan B in works. I did get an envelope from secret santa. I didnt look at return address but my wife did and read it off to me!! She asked what is FHC secret santa? I said you're not a firewood hoarder, you wouldnt understand.
I got a box today, Looking forward to opening it up in a few days. I’ll put mine out to its victim tomorrow. It’s an open on arrival situation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Who ever gets my gift will know right away who it is from. Just a couple of things that you should be aware of: 1: She doesn't do laundry. 2: Cooking is best left to somebody else. 3: Is expensive to keep around. 4: She snores a lot. Feel free to regift her next year if you wish. Gary
Sorry to hear that. I went to a "plan B" as well. Hope my giftee likes what I went with. I will likely still go with my plan A in the future, but I couldn't get what I wanted done in the given timeframe. My recipient should hopefully get there's soon.
Tracking shows my "gift is very close, unless it's lost somewhere. Heck, maybe it already arrived, who knows.
I already received that gift 36yrs. ago.I've regifted her several times, she always finds her way back. Just kidding, she's none of those. Well, maybe # 4.
Not looking good for Christmas arrival...maybe by New Years Day, Although I am heading out of the country for a week leaving on the 23, so if it is not here by Friday the 20th, I will probably send what I have now then send the other package when I return (if it is here when I return). Sorry, thought it would be here (ordered on Dec 2).
I heard someone in New Hampshire shot Rudolph and turned him into summer sausage, now Santa can no longer find his way!
Not here, one our biggest tourist attractions is "Santa's Village" reindeer you walk up to and feed. Rides, cool stuff for the kids and adults. All the buildings are like the north pole, and of course, Santa is here. 15 minutes from my and Well Seasoned 's place. Lots of jobs and tax revenue.......so no one here will shoot Rudolph. His relatives are open season though. If you're ever in the "Great North Woods" stop in.
Be careful, I may take you up on that some day! No secret...Temporary shoring for a failing concrete column in a parking garage.
We have a wicked awesome gtg here and I'd sure like meet you some day. Everyone that comes here on vacation or whatever, never forgets this place we call home.
