    Did not discuses it with the seller, it happens. Not upset, just wish I had paid the few extra dollars to get new. Not his fault, still mad that I let the saw get damaged in the first place.:hair::headbang::doh::picard:

    It's different if you stripped it. But if it came stripped and he didn't say that's not right. You tried to buy a used serviceable part unless stated otherwise or unless the guy said I have no idea as to the condition of said part.
