Great haul my friend, and good on you for helping clean up that mess that the clown Bob left. I wish I was closer I'd help you get all that stuff cleaned up and back to your place. I've gone into jobs like this before where "Half Price Harry" underbid a big job and bailed with his money before the job was done (I could tell you some stories). You definitely benefitted from the deal, I hope that poor lady realizes what a good person you are for taking all that on.
