No scoop, Just broke! Kids in collage........... So I am pinching.

TSC has MWP for $249 ish or spend a nickle or 2 more. Ambiance is just a nip hotter. After seeing artc's post, I may just take the extra ten mile ride. EB is getting better reviews, Even though its outside my 25 mile limit.......... Not to mention I'll drive right past BT!!

Little birdie told me that BT just might have some Okie Platinums in their yard at a smoking price...and before someone comments on being last year's stock...I have it on pretty good authority that over 1,500 tons has been sold of it in the last 8 weeks or so (NO not all by BT) and enough has been burned so far in Oct and so far in Nov that no problems have arisen to my knowledge... now the pallet cover may not be real pretty...but the pellets are just fine as frog's hair and it seems the price is right as well.....but what do I know...I'm just a big ol' fat middle aged salesman...just sayin.....

If they are the Eagle Valley filled bags, I might have to consider........ I assumed(I know bad!!) they were the LG filled new stuff from AB. I remember Brian saying he'd not likely deal with Viridis, You two must of patch things up??

I haven't seen Brian in many a seasons........ Must stop in for a chat one of these days!!

I stopped by Home and Hearth in Hampton Falls for some of my Vermonts and they were out :hair: They had the Northern Warmth there so I grabbed 10 bags. I had just cleaned the stove so I figured it was a good time to try them. Fired the stove around 4 and they seem to burn very well. Lots of heat. Not a game changer, and probably not worth the price difference between them and the Vermonts but a good pellet so far. I'll burn them for a week and clean the stove and see what the difference is.

Green bag. That was the only one they had. The purple bag ones are super duper expensive I think. Over $7 a bag?

If you hide some bass lures in those bags, that might just do the trick.

Someone else can have them, I'm pretty much outta jingle until after Christmas............ :emb:

All sorts a chit has had us :makeitrain" I shouldn't really need pellets until Late January early march with what we have in the stash. Kind of worries me though, As thats when they have a tendency to get scare.............

There's some rumblings on the net about Saudi Arabia and Iran going to war. If that happens, oil is going through the roof and a lot of people will return to pellets, so beware. They could become scarce.
