not really. Been dry accept on Sunday. I lease the fields to a dairy farmer up the road. It’s all cow corn
That’s two for two for Ninja. One of my boys had to turn around and find another way home from work because he came across a downed tree. He’s also the one that saw this tree fall at dinner in the back of the field. I haven’t walked back their yet, but I know which one it is. It’s a big maple triplet

Trees and wires down all over in my area. Got stronger winds from this than Hurricane Sandy. Now power since 11:30 this morning. Half way between Philly and AC
Glad to hear none of y'all have property damage or got hurt. Be careful cutting up the storm damage trees.
Lost power for about three hours. Quite a bit of rain and some meh wind (we get much more wind during a regular winter). Power company guys said a microburst (their words, not confirmed) hit about 20 minutes from me and took out several trees and the lines. Hats off to them for getting everything back on in such a short period of time. Gear is already loaded in the truck so I'll probably go scrounging tomorrow for blow downs.
No power for 11 hours now. Even the cell towers were down so the Internet was dead. Ct got hit hard from what I’m reading. Third most power outages in history 500,000+. FB meteorologist said it could take weeks to restore power. Hoping that’s not true.
No power here since 6pm yesterday. 14 hours and counting. Every time the wind threatens to blow it seems we loose power. Quite a few trees and large branches down in my town. I was out leaf blowing my driveway last night, so I could go to work today. Sticks the diameter of a baseball bat and 8-10' long all over the pl;ace (900' long driveway). Lawn covered in leaves and twigs/small branches.
We got 7.43" of rain in about a 6 hr period yesterday. I live about 1/2 way between Philly and Allentown, PA.
High winds, gusstimate 50 + MPH, and so much rain it was almost a white- out (did not know we could have that with only rain?). Then everything calmed down, the sky lightened and only a mild breeze WHEN SUDDENLY, power outage at 4:00 PM yesterday. Still w/out power and now National Grid has changed the time for power to be back on from 5:00 PM today to 6:00 PM tomorrow. I was going to just tough it out but I cannot go that long w/out power so I started the gen. Amazing but it has not been used in a few years or more and yet started on the first pull! Brian
1.2” of rain halfway between Philly and AC. Got power back at 10 last night. Still a ton of people around here without
We never lost power, but for a little blip. Cable and Internet went out sometime overnight.. Came back about 9:45 this morning.
