    It is easy taking the cold air if there is no wind but once that wind starts howling, it is a different story. We're looking at single digit highs for a few days so it will depend on the wind whether we cut or not. My wife mentioned today she was getting sore and though perhaps we might cut some wood this week.

    Sit back in the recliner and catch up on you reading and rest. Every so often, stand up, stretch, move your arms and legs. You'll stay fit and rested and safe!

    That sounds like a good plan. I also have a massage chair and in addition, have my bike on a indoor trainer so easy to get exercise. Christmas bikes-2.JPG

    I cut all my wood in the spring and or fall so winter can kiss my ash.

    Nice large room. I like the way the walls are done in the horizontal pine. Big windows, not covered up. Good!

    I was surprised this morning when the temperature was in the teens. It felt really good outdoors. However, the temperature fell a bit all day.

    agreed it took 20mph winds and 10F for 8hrs to freeze an 8" pipe at work that never froze before in 0-7F temps
