    They have an adjustable swing of up to 4.25°. So if the state is set to 72° then the room must drop to 67.5° before the stove kicks on.

    If a Heatilator/Quad doesn't stay down long enough to let the thermocouple cool? Then it will be a crazy big and out of control fire at start up.

    Best to spend a few dollars and let that stove shut down as it should. Also, try running a heat level lower (Med instead of High). This allows the stove to run longer and heat the house more evenly.

    I actually had my Classic Bay to where I could set the stat, but run it on Low and it never shut down. House stayed at almost the same exact temp all day. Loved that Quad. But I love this Enerzone more. The adjustments and user input is amazing. Self troubleshoots. Awesome.. :)
