Good call. The spray in liner is great, and add to protect the bed, but cleaning chips and dirt out from it is a bear. It just sticks. The drop in liner will also add another layer of protection. ;)

Saw the fleet guys at work checking out a new one they just bought today. The screen is about as big as the the steering wheel!

It had the 2,000 watt plugs in the bed. I could sure think of some uses for those.

I know but hauling wood ya need as much capacity as you can get. The wife's F250 is only the the 6 foot bed. Hauls groceries great.

Groceries, boats, people, all sorts of trailers, camping gear, luggage, etc

Trailers are best for hauling wood though.:handshake:

I know they really showed their usefulness when the storms hit in Texas. Guys ran their refrigerators and other important appliances with them for days.

Sooo true, my 1991 2 wheel drive regular cab Ram250, 360 was the best truck I have ever owned. Could pull most anything at the time, was plenty fast and looked like an old man's truck doing both!

PlumbSplitter roll up windows, what is this you speak of?

Is one of your options that all 4 wheels turn and have brakes? ;)

I tried to find one that didn't have brakes, but it took almost a month to find this truck, that would have made it dam near impossible.

You crack me up. Id love a single cab. Had one. I have a family of 5 now, so that’s out. Honestly I have had ex cab, single, crew cabs. The 4door is probably my favorite with kids. At least an extra cab. Im about 6’ and getting the seat back enough is impossible in some single cabs.

Trailers are whats up. Especially in California where we have very high vehicle registration. Trailer tags are low still. Not to mention easier to load.

Eh, I try to be practical. If I can make a joke out of anything, I will.:salute:
I used to "truck shame" the bro'd out 3/4- 1 ton trucks that would never see any sort of towing/ hauling duty ever when I had my Audi allroad. I'd haul 3000lbs+ of wood in it quite often. That uberwagen was rated to tow up to 4500 lbs.

I still think it's funny that my v8 truck, that weighs about 1k more, gets better gas mileage than my v8 Audi wagon.
Here, the registration on a pickup isn't any more than an SUV. At least in the half ton variety of truck. Also until you get to a big trailer, you don't even need to register it. Those nice dump trailers, then they need to be registered and plated.
