If I could guess, I'd say it has to do with the coal mines in Arizona, in the Navajo nation. They mine coal and use it to heat with. Without the proper stoves air pollution becomes an issue with the EPA. Woodstock steps in to develop a stove that can burn coal efficiently and reduce emissions.

Only if it's a hybrid, they give those funny names lol. I never liked any of them, but the names prior to the hybrids are nice.

Woodstock is one of the companies working on a decent stove for the Navajo Nation. Yes, they burn coal because that is what they have. There really are not many trees on that land but they do have a large coal mine so that is what they burn but it is dirty for sure. Hopefully Woodstock will come up with a workable stove for them that is both efficient and clean burning but it is a big order to do this. Yet I believe if anyone can do it, Woodstock can. I may ask Tom of he'd like to share more about this stove and some other irons that are in the fire.
