    Looks like leaving today would put me in the middle of an ice storm down there. I may have to hunker down another day here.

    With the news bonanza of the weekly "storm of the century" you just can't plan anything anymore.

    Might as well call it safe. Like I said this thing is gonna be here until tues night. A few inches is one thing, but a foot+, they just can't keep up with the roads.

    Speaking of maple syrup, I was getting low and stopped at my local Agway and picked up a gallon for $56. Made right here in my town by Hunt's Sugar House.

    Yes, we'll be back again. So much to see and while we had a bit of time, it just didn't work out. I think I drank the 12er of beer I was going to give you. I wouldn't want beer to go bad.;)
    I'll get you some fresh beer when we do meet up.:handshake:

    The Boundary Waters are amazing. I did a high adventure trip there while I was in boy scouts.

    To be honest, I've driven through worse coming up here in previous years but that was to get out of NewJersey, not to go back. That damm Subaru really doesn't know how to stop, just doesn't care about the weather, but yah, I'll stay put for this one. Already getting reports of ice & accidents from down south.
