    Quite right, need to slow the cut down a bit with a longer bar. 67 links vs. 81 that's about 21% so a lot more teeth in the wood. But since I normally use a longer bar on bigger pieces of wood there may be even more drag since there is more heart wood. Suspect the wood is even more dense on a large tree since there is or has been more weight compressing the cells over the years.
