The lift capacity is one of the reasons I made my own. I estimate the grapple weighs 220 lbs so that leaves me about 780 to full height but it will lift much more down low. I know it won't lift 16' monster logs but 800lbs is way more than I can lift by hand! It's on a b2620 btw. The silver box is a diverter solenoid. The red plugs are the ports that now have all the hoses installed on them. The picture was taken before it was all plumbed. I added a button to the joystick so when you are holding the button in, it turns the bucket dump function into the grapple open/close. Thanks for all the kind words! It was really fun to make.
