Like I said in my original post, I have known them forever and this is what I've come to expect of them. No changing them now, but from time to time I can set them straight and make them actually grasp a simple concept.
I'm abbreviation "illiterate", what is a PT and an OT? I live in a small community where I think just about 80% of us have wood stoves. If anybody is complaining around here it's because they are complaining that their wood pile is too small.
