He needs to prove his quality of life/health is affected significantly to make a real impact IMO. If she was a dodgy neighbour that was a useless burner then he may have a point. In this case he doesn't, so he's making himself look like a miserable, grumpy, stick the nose in, picking on a helping herself single parent.

Yes, I am working on a project right now entitled " Responsible Woodburning or How to Not Make Your Neighbours Your Enemies." I hope to have it done before the weekend.

I'll eat the cows after I drive the farmer out of business. Cows are too delicious to sue.

I don't know how you guys do it. They need to invent a cow that needs milked once a day, Tuesday - Thursday and gives 200 lbs each time.

Oh man, you poor guy. You are still milking? My hats off to you bud but I gotta question your sanity. I could call about 12 guys that live close and our friends and ask them what the happiest day of their life was and they all would say the day they quit milking. But deep down, they all still kinda miss it in a way. I think it is more the working with cattle that they miss.

Wouldn't surprise me if the woman is just a tad more reasonably intelligent than him and this is also an ego battle.

    Hi Everyone,

It's Shari the woman from New Jersey being sued by her attorney neighbor. I want to thank each and every one of you who have my back and support my choice to heat my home with wood. The support has been amazing, not only the money to pay the attorney fees, but it looks like there are some attorneys from Florida, New York, and NJ willing to assist my attorney with this fight pro-bono. It's truly amazing the good people out there. If anyone has questions, comments, or suggestions I am open to any. This is the 6th winter that I'm heating with my fireplace insert and use seasoned hard woods, primarily oak. My friend (Teri Schnitzel) that created the gofundme site to raise money also heats her home with wood and together we cut, split and haul each and every piece of wood we burn. Although, this year we are a bit light on wood, my son has an amazing little league baseball season last summer, I spent more time on the baseball field than I did splitting wood like I should have been.

I'll keep the site updated when there is any thing new to report.

I saw some questions about the November 4th, article in the Atlantic City Press and yes, that was my neighbor.

A great big thank you to all the FIREWOOD HOARDERS!!!!!
