Neighbor OWB leaking water inside the firebox. Fix?

Well he seemed to resolve his issue. He made it a continuous circuit on the water line. I don’t know how the previous system worked by not having it that way - mine is.

he tells me he is using much less wood than the Central Boiler. His friend who had switched, told him he wouldn’t believe how much less wood he would need.
