Hi guys. Overdue for an update on the yawt project. Been pokin' along on it. I think we're about a week or two until we see if it'll float... (Before I posted the pics, I had to re-read the thread again. ... ) All wood decking and other parts are glued and screwed (or stapled) together, then hit with a couple coats of Cabot's Timber Oil. After I bolted the deck down, along with the railings, my son Ben came over and gave me a hand installing the bimini top, while my honey supervised. Still have trailer odds and ends to do, to support the added weight. The Hobie Cat 16 was rated at 800 lb cap, so we shall see... mo pics in a week or 2... unless it's under water...
Well now....been wonderin' what you've been up to. U been bizzy. We'll need pics when you "set sail".
