need a bigger bar

    Like mdavelee said I would get a 28" there is little difference in the 24&28.

    There is also a huge loss in bar length when you put on big dual dogs that you probably would want when you cut that big wood with deep bark and needing long cuts smoking the bark of too close.

    I find myself doing a lot of limbing with a 28" bar, unless I'm right up in the mess. Saves a lot of bending.

    Sounds like 28" is the way to go. Hopefully a 28" sugi will be at the door here soon... unless someone has a better bar weighing the ssme or less for less money???

    I can look up the oregon RW if you like. But I'm thinking the last one I sold at your door would be around $180.

    Hev emailed me at 105$ I believe might of been the 24". Csnt remember but 28 cant be much more. I really like the 16" on my 550. Plus they look sweet if that counts

    You can't get an oregon or tsumura that cheap. The tech lite was close to that but they're not available right now.

    I see that why did they stop production on techlites seemed they were well liked. They should make all sizes tech lite
