yes it must ,perhaps they should build a wall to keep all the massholes out ( except me ),they are the ones who move up there and then try to make it into northern mass.
Move quick!!! I've already started my trek and am welcomed graciously by the "Great folks" of that state!
@Weldr Dave on the Right, the rest are the family of Well Seasoned. There family dog, Maple examining the gift bag.
I had to get a picture of The FHC sign and myself, also Molly. The sign is much more impressive when you see it in person.
Very Nice Larry, Chrissy had to work today and is "still" at work. Haven't loaded what she took yet...
The only thing I got on my little camera is the loader on the trailer at the foot of the hill in Winchester, She took the rest...
We are so fortunate to have these GTG's. I am really impressed every time we have the chance to get together. My mobility is so poor and painful, but no real distance walking at this watering hole. The view is fantastic. Our lab, Molly, slept most of Sunday. She was tucked out! She loved visiting with all the folks.
I am envious of folks who own those big boy toys. I never had any of them or used them. Had all I could do to support four kids, (all had braces, and some then had further education cost.)
No need to be Larry, When I bought that old girl it wasn't what most would think. A good used car would have been more at $3000.00 I didn't want a long, drawn out payment and I worked on it over the winter and spring to get'r ready for the ride up there. If I get a couple good years out of it, I'm way ahead of the game and the time and back breaking work it'll save me is worth not going to the ER for a destroyed back or something else.
Molly and Maple were great together. I had the honor and pleasure of taking Molly on her exploratory run when they arrived at the GTG. I got her clipped to the retractable leash and she took off running. I couldn't get the latch undone to give her a lead, so I had about 8' out and she took me for a run. She wrapped around a few lawn chairs and flipped them. She ran me down the hill to the pond and back up. It was a lot of fun. Tiring but fun. She was off leash a little while later and stayed right around us.
You are very wise and justified with your purchase. It only takes a split second to change life as you know it when you get injured. Do it smart or hire it done. Using tools the right way is the only way esp. when you get up in years.
