Andrew sold his dirt bike to buy 3 guns. This was '13 (he was 13), a 30-30 Marlin. He also go a real nice Marlin 22 mag and a Mossberg 500.
Same here on the sauce. I can still smell my smoker/grill from yesterday. Did 2 racks of ribs, and 8lb pork loin. No sauce, just rub. Enjoy your dinner.
My dad traded a bicycle for a Winchester 22 short pump action when he was a kid. He still has it today and he turns 86 in a couple of months. Your boy did well.
You can always send that "dry rack" here and I'll "dispose" of it for you. I may have 1+ rack left from yesterday, but I have never had too many ribs on hand.
Ooh warm fire on a hot day?! Haha hope it was a good one. What were ya burning while the food was cooking? Would help for ID purposes... ribs look great. I hope to get one of these bbq’s soon. Maybe this might be a great new home gift for myself!
Apple wood. I kept splits burning in the fire pit then transfer coals to the smoker. Like mentioned, I’ve been using this for almost 20 years now. They can produced excellent results.
I do the same thing too with briquettes, makes it a lot easier to have things right there. Plan to do the same thing later but my grass is really dry now so gotta be careful and look for shady spots for the burning wood.
God bless zhe US and the A. I like the Marlin - i was screenshopping a .45-70 the other day. Looks well nice, we made wildboar ribs the other day yummi too - but you sir, put alot more effort in.
