No not really, but nearly anything is south of Caribou. When I lived in Maine, a few people thought I did I was from Wiscasset. No, I said, Wisconsin. Lol.
Any time now, we will have more snow than we know what to do with! Looks like you picked a good time to come to Maine for sledding. After Monday, we should be about waist deep in it. Up to the Forks, they have professional trail groomers. I am sure they do elsewhere. Rangeley Lakes area etc all have good sledding areas where all are welcomed. I've never gone north of Houlton so where you are going is way north. If it wasn't for family, I wouldn't go North of Orono. Like dropping off the edge of the earth past that area.
Thanks, but I was wondering what restaurant. I am always interested where others find it good to go for dinner.
Thanks, we have one of those here. Food is always good. Ours finally took the stuffed dead mounted cow heads off the walls. I wasn't able to sit where those things were in my sight. Too creepy for me. They served a fried cheese cake in ice cream. That was just too good. Haven't had one in at least 5 years.
Lol...Dead cows are yummy...Yes I think the food is pretty good and atmosphere is calm so a good place to go if not going to cook it yourself...
I found them (Martins potato rolls & buns) when I was down in Biddeford visiting my folks at the big Market Basket humongus store. They are hard to come by here in ME. I also like the hot dog buns with some grilled country sausage.
