Congrats on the score! I had/have similar luck last year. Found a free ad on craigslist, so I stopped after work. The guy cut down 10 small ash/apple trees out front. I took it all and started chatting. I have snagged 3 20 foot trailer full loads of ash all from 16 inches down to 2 inches. He cuts a handful down and every couple of months I stop in and cut the bigger trees and things he is not comfortable with. We also moved to clear cut about a half acre behind his house. I take everything down to two inches, which is tough. But he helps cut and load. He is going to ask his neighbor if she wants work done too. I take it slow as I do not want just ash, but the price is right. Keep your neighbor happy, and you may end up overloaded also
