MS261 oiler question

    Under the bottom, hole in the black part of the handle. It is shown in the above picture on this thread. I ran a 029 Super for several years too. It definitely had one, had it turned all the way up for 35" bar

    T.Jeff Veal I can't tell you how many times I looked for that adjustment and never saw it. It was right where you said it was. Thanks BTW it was set wide open. :handshake:

    I can't wait to get it back. Hope I don't drop it taking it out of the box with all the bacon grease on it.

    I have it on good authority that the bacon grease is used for the base gasket delete. :thumbs:

    Been meaning to correctly file the teeth as you showed and had time this afternoon huskihl Its been sharpened a few times prior to todays. Before and after pics. IMG_1188.JPG IMG_1189.JPG
    I deepened the gullet prior to sharpening...even though it really didnt need sharpening. Have to see how much better it cuts. Thanks for the tips Kevin.

    Thank you sir. Sure miss my boy being that young...he just turned 26... he's married and has a 15 month old son. Thankful he only lives about 4 miles away.
