Alright there Cookie Monster. Here's how it arrived this afternoon, not sure what time. Not sure that I ever had need to mention that I hate staples. So, I start with a hammer and prybar. That gets old REAL quick. We have a better way. Although the batteries weren't fully charged that got quite a bit done, then I just lashed onto the sides that were mostly freed up, and for each one, backed up with the ATV. Problem solved. So, I then get it off of the pallet and put it together to be towed to the yard and finish things up. It's during one of the trips to the house that Chazsbetterhalf informs me that the washing machine is full and will not drain. Ok.. we'll get to that later. One at a time. So, I finish buttoning everything up on the new mower, use some of my never-ending supply of zip-ties of course, and now it's all set except for a battery. I start looking up battery prices, and realize that I've got a "spare" battery in the old lawnmower. Ah.. so that's on the charger to see if it still has life left in it. Here's a few pics of the new mowing implement.. And here is why we need it.. We maintain a bit over an acre I guess, seems like much more though. Some areas stay very wet though, and the rider just spins unless you're coming downhill. As to the washing machine, I got it drained out via garden hose, and will start into that tomorrow night. On the plus side, I gained 3 new pallets today, and was able to salvage 3 others that I already had. So this morning before things arrived I started getting things setup for I won't be able to get started on things until next week, as we have some prior obligations that will be absorbing my time, but aside from putting the cover over the canopy frame (only 1/2 will be set up as 10'x10' due to space restrictions) I'm ready to get going on things finally. Now though, it's officially beer o'clock. Enjoy the evening everyone. Chaz
I was mistaken, catt county gis app states around 1.8 acres. Still seems like more when my butt is attached to the rider.
