Hang in there. Houses are now sitting on the market a little longer and I am even seeing some price drops, especially on unimproved land. I sold in April of 2020 and I'm renting until the craziness ends. I'll do all cash, but I won't waive inspections unless the house is only a couple years old.

Thanks. Even with a new house, getting an inspection done is a good move. I know some folks that had new construction done and the inspection revealed a big horror show of bad building job. I know what you mean though, you’d figure newer house less issues. I’d imagine even if I had an expert eye myself, I’d want any well water tested. I’m not sure why someone would forego that stuff.

You are not kidding. BuZZsaw offered to truck a load from Middletown, RI to my house on his way home. I couldn't allow myself to have him do all the work and just drop it off. Talk about someone cut from the right type of cloth. A true neighbor that anyone would love to have around.

Not when im running a chain saw for an extended period! :saw:
That offer still stands Jason. I have to go back there for more chain saw work and some decent wood to be had. The stuff i cut from April is still there. Already bucked to 16" lengths. Cherry.

    Hi Brad! Thanks for asking.
Nope nothing yet. We’re slowly slowly looking. New listings have slowed during the winter.
    How’s your winter been?
