The older of the two is over 30 years old and was the paper boy's wheel barrow. It likely was second or third hand when he had it. The tub was very rusty with many holes and handles were rotten. I got the idea of the conversion from my home town, a sawmill town (Telegraph Cove) where the houses were heated with wood or sawdust. The houses and the mill were connected by a boardwalk. There were several of these wood wheelbarrows, only they had steel wheels.
