    You're not alone, souls.
We, here in the UK have had a sustained period of hot weather. Not as hot as North America...yet!, but slow and steady none the less.
My house has no Air Con + I work a job where I'm exposed to the Sun for upwards of 7 hours a day. Lately I've been sleeping in the living room downstairs as it's impossible in the bedroom. They say we have got another month of high temperatures to deal with and deal with it we must o_O

    Keep well one and all!

Well at least I picked a good time to put an AC up for sale on Craigslist last week. Had probably 30 inquiries via text, all low ballers, and ended up just selling it to a buddy anyway.

Pretty competitive CL market for AC's I guess, with hardly anyone understanding what BTU's are :dennis:

I'm down in Middle Ga. I've seen real feel of 118° last Monday. Of course, I can't handle the cold like I used to. Just have to be careful whatever btime of the year.

You could probably just toss it on the asphalt and the chicken would cook just as quick.:beerbbq:

Many many years ago I can remember frying eggs in a pan on the sidewalk in El Paso, TX no grill needed.

I don't miss the heat of McRae, GA, or south carolina. I do miss the winters a bit. We have snow dropping down to 7000 feet tonight, then the heat is suppose to finally hit up here. Let it be known that my burn season started in Sept, and ended in July. Quite a year......
    Everybody stay safe

For sure I'm one of those who couldn't handle Georgia weather. I'm a cool weather fan all the way.

I've been saying for years that I want to be a reverse snow bird. Live here in the winter, and move to northern Canada for the summers.

You just change shirts 3-5 times and dive in the pool every so often.
Or live up north and shovel and plow snow for how many miserable months of the year?

My brother and his wife arrived here from Florida. I think he has lived in Florida over half his life. He says the weather here is hellish. Just as bad as what they get down there. From the weather, no let up in sight.
