If I were to buy one right now. I would get the 10/22 as well. I am not a buyer though. I am not really a ruger cannot buy they make good stuff at a great price. Thats why I bought a 22/45 10 years ago. Ruger is the gold standard in .22s
I much rather see you bring home that marlin than the mossburg. I like mossburg shotguns nothing against them...their auto loaders and rifles is different. I might even buy the bolt .22 with the 7-10 round mag but not an auto loader.
They're nice little guns! Me and a buddy used to argue 10/22 vs 60, I owned two 10/22's and he owned two Model 60's. It was nothin serious, just kind of like Ford vs Chevy talk. After I told him one day half joking that I'd NEVER own a model 60, he went out and bought one and gave it to me on my wedding day to make sure I'd own one. I have to admit, it sure shoots nice. Let's see some pics once you pick it up!
Congrats! Let us know how it works out for you. Just a little heads up that, not all guns cycle all ammo the same way. Some ammo work better in some guns than others. I suggest trying a few different makes and types of ammo to find what your new gun likes. Happy plinking.
And there you have it. ??- How do you keep a jackazz in suspense? Me- How? GA- Tell ya' tomorrow.... I always fall for that one.
Your collection is growing fast griz! Welcome to the addiction! Enjoy the new toy....errrrr tool. Haha. Anyone wanna start a pool on when he gets his first evil black rifle?
I figured if you hadnt put money down on it it would be gone since it been so long. That was a good deal on it. And there popular and good guns.
