More finds from my grandpa's shop

Alaska may be different but in most cities they have local ordinences or codes that you basically agree too by living there. Some places its illegal to run certain bisiness out of your home. Some places do not allow gardens, chickens, make u cut your grass and will fine you if you dont.

When you have a hoarded up condemed house and dont have it cleaned up after you been warned thays your last chance. I really dont think we have heard tje whole story. No way did they just rule if not clean in 30 days its leveled . Either they or the uncle had gotten nottices for months or proably uears to clean up the property or face fines and or county enforced cleanup of the condemed property

I grew up in a city so these thi gs are noy hard for me to imagine

Clem, just want to clear a few things up. My uncle's property is far from a city, just a small town here in SJ. We have tried to work with the township and they haven't given an inch on their side. It would take a few pages to try and explain the whole situation but that's not what I started this thread for.

Im gonna get all the saws together that we've dug out and i'll post em up in the next day or so.

 

What's a township exactly? Is it in the town limits of any town (his property)? We dont use that term down here.

Don't worry they're at our place. The chipper is a parts machine (needs engine) and the skidsteer is a work in progress

 

One more sign that dad found stuck behind the heater in the garage. She's rough but definitely unique!
