    I have one of these generals.
    and also use these delmhorst meters one is a jlite or the bd-2100
    I bought the delmhorst(s) at an auction for cheap. the general will probably be good enough.

    I have same model. Works pretty well but the buttons are pretty annoying.

    I bought the cheap oat Menards. I may take it back. Hard to beat $12, but I’ll pay more than that to replace the batteries in it, so that won’t fly. It runs on watch batteries that are hard to find near me. I looked at the Ryobi, but don’t know what batteries it takes.

    I’d like something that uses AAA batteries, preferably AA batteries.

    mine use 9v and I wish they used AA as well. I always have AA but I always seem to have to go buy a 9v.
    Matter of fact my 9v in the delmhorst was dead when I went to see what model I had.
