I might have to soak it or something - That's what I tried and it didn't budge at all . . . just started to deform the pin.
Those 2 should oil more than enough for any bar they'll run. A 395 will usually oil a 42" no problem and a 576 a 32".
Turns out my skirt was getting stuck under my boot . . . I just had to line it up and give it a good whack instead of pussyfooting around. Pushed right out with the proper technique!
As I had mentioned earlier in the thread I had just ordered the upgrade parts when Mike kindly showed us how to DIY it. I figured while I had the opportunity I would take a pic of the pump pistons side-by-side to show the difference in angle at the end that he represented with photoshop. Here they are with the HO on the left (sorry it's upside down):
I tried grinding the stop as Randy suggested, and it did seem to make an improvement on my MS660. I'm sure I'll still need more before I can run that 50" bar, but it got my 28" nice and soupy. I'm going to test it out for the weekend like this.
