A fella semi-local to me messaged me about selling a couple saws for him. So he came over and dropped them off. This saw was purchased from Ebels Hardware and has minimal use. I’d call it a 9.8/10 due to the smudged grey paint in front. I didn’t get any piston or internal pics but can if it makes the deal. $850 pho $925 with 24” Sugi and newish sharpened chain Plus shipping
A MasterMinded 562 was the first ported chainsaw I ever ran, at Chucks PA gtg about 6-7 years ago. It left quite the impression. First was how butter smooth it cut and second was the ignorant attitude. I think the owner of that saw regrets getting rid of it to this day. If anyone doesn’t know about this whole “ported” saw stuff and is considering, jump in with both feet, the water is nice and warm. These saws run fantastic as is but then add a supercharger...
I really like my 562 as is bone stock. If I didn’t just commit to $5,000 in windows for the house I’d be all over this that’s a good price, especially with that bar
It’s a fine looking gitup. The pictures don’t do the saw any justice at all. The only marks I can find on it are on the paint on front, which happens to any husky with the gray paint scheme. There’s not even a nick in any of the plastics
dumb question.... what is PHO? and would this pull a 32" bar? I've got a 450 Rancher now wtih a 20". I got some big *ss trees to cut and I figure I may was well go big or go home. On my post in wood pile, meant 576, not 572...
PHO stands for powerhead only, like mentioned above. I do know loggers who run 28 to 32 inch bars on them cutting walnut. If you weren’t in a hurry it would work in a pinch. I don’t believe I would want to run a 32 on a 562 in hardwood as a primary bar
If you wanted to run a 32 inch bar regularly, I could get you into a brand new ported 572 for under $1100 to your door
