Started into the stock saw tonight. Squared up the intake and ground a little on the exhaust. Don't wanna do to much till I cut the squish and base. I'm gonna cut it the same as the other one. I thought this saw was running pretty rich when I ran it but the plug shows it wasn't that bad. Lol.

Thanks! It's my favorite saw. Your 7910 looks like it runs really strong, too!

All right boys. 2nd saw. They said these saws like lots of blowdown so I'm gonna start with 105/135/80. As you can see the trans are right there already. I will make them a flat 135 and square them up a bit. I took .030" off the base and rest the squish.

20150224_172821.jpg 20150224_172810.jpg 20150224_172752.jpg Intake and exhaust are done. Trans are mostly done. Heat shield and gasket are port matched. Muffler is modded but still needs matched to the exhaust port. That's all I got done tonight.

20150225_172540.jpg Saw no 2 back together. It's snowing and blowing here but if I can talk my wife into when she gets home. May try to go get some times. Numbers are 105/135/80. I have a bar adapter on the way so I can run my bigger stihl bars. Hopefully it'll be in tomorrow

Saw no 2. They are so close I'm going to haft to move to a bigger bar and wood to pull a good difference. I can't believe as far as the numbers are apart on this saw they run so close. Not helpful. Lol.
