One of the best things about deployment was manning the rails coming into Pearl and stopping by Battleship Row looking out over all of the subs as we came about to pull into the mooring.
Brings back memories. At jump school at Benning we used C-119's, down the road we jumped C-130's, C-141's, C-47, Huey's, Chinook's, and a CH-34. No such thing as a "perfectly good aircraft ".
