    Well, it didn’t completely wreck any chain, plus I grind so it’s not much work to get it back to shave sharp status anyway.
    Small 10-12” tree close by had 4 rows of wire in it, almost straight down into dirt. We noticed after discovering it in our tree, so I looked best I could before firing up the saw and lo and behold, hit it on my notch. :picard: Oh well.

    First time having senior citizen noodles. :rofl: :lol:

    I'm right there with you on getting out from under trees with dead limbs. Lots of times I'll put a bull rope up and cut till it's almost ready to fall, then nudge it over with the rope when I'm not in the fall zone. Safe is good...
