Meat pole

Nice moose! Can't imagine having to process all that....I've gotten tired of cutting up and dealing with our little deer....

 

It’s a 2-3 all day job! With what’s going on with beef, this is a serious savings for the grocery budget.

I saw the title of this thread and I was thinking of those big roasts on a rotisserie pole they cut off pieces as you order.

 

You double up on your meds today??

I will remember in the future to have a better thread title. Used that assumption, that everyone knows what a meat pole is. Hope you enjoyed the pictures and story. Was a fine time with my boys, lifelong memories were made.
