Meat Mixer. Anyone?

    4# raw meat but I did add a cup of cheese per lb. These were 21mm casings so like cheap hot dog thickness. Need to do it again this weekend!

    Some inventive old timers took the handle off and put on a pulley and then fashioned an old electric motor (create a slower rpm utilizing the correct diameter pulleys). If you do this, OSHA didn't invent the guards, you have to be extremely careful of everyone's fingers, loose clothing, etc.
